The Publication Guidelines
Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
M.E. Publications is a global publishing house dedicated to the advancement of refereed literary works and academic arts. Every publication undergoes a rigorous evaluation process to ensure the highest standards of quality, scholarly integrity, and creative excellence.

OUR EDITORIAL PHILOSOPHY
Publishing Works Worthy of Being Read, Remembered, and Preserved

M.E. Publications is committed to maintaining meaningful standards of literary and editorial quality across its publications. We believe that publication is not simply a matter of inclusion, but a process of editorial selection, evaluation, preparation, and responsible publication.
Our editorial decisions are guided by established principles of literary merit, originality, craftsmanship, thematic depth, coherence, relevance, and suitability to the intended publication context. Manuscripts and literary works are evaluated according to their genre, form, purpose, and intended readership.

Our editorial structure brings together editors and editorial practitioners from across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, with specialized editorial experience in poetry, short stories, essays, features, and other literary and creative forms. The editorial function is further supported by copy editors, editorial consultants, layout and design editors, and members of our editorial boards.
Depending on the nature of the publication and its requirements, submitted works may undergo one or more stages of editorial screening, substantive review, language and copy editing, revision, editorial deliberation, and final publication preparation. The applicable review process is determined by the publication program, genre, and editorial requirements.

We recognize that every writer brings a distinct voice, perspective, and creative identity. Our responsibility as a publisher is not to replace that voice, but to provide a responsible editorial process through which works may be assessed, refined, prepared, and presented to readers with appropriate care.

We therefore distinguish between submission and publication. The receipt of a manuscript does not, by itself, constitute acceptance for publication. Works considered for publication are subject to the applicable editorial requirements and publication standards of M.E. Publications.

Our editorial practice is supported by documented guidelines, review procedures, editorial records, publication records, and quality-control measures appropriate to the nature of each publication.

OUR PRINCIPLE
Publication is not simply about being included. It is about earning a place among works worthy of publication.
M.E. Publications is committed to publishing works worthy of being read, remembered, and preserved.
