About the Book
LIKAPAM: Makabagong Lente sa Kritisismo is an academic book that offers readers a contemporary approach to understanding and examining literary works through the lens of criticism. It provides discussions and perspectives that encourage a deeper reading of literature, moving beyond the surface of a text to consider its ideas, contexts, meanings, and the ways in which these may be interpreted.

Written by Rodney I. Ebrole and Aubrey F. Reyes, and edited by William P. Nucasa, the book is designed to support students, educators, and readers of literature in developing a more critical and analytical engagement with literary texts. It serves as a learning resource for the study and application of literary criticism while opening space for thoughtful interpretation, discussion, and inquiry.

LIKAPAM ultimately presents criticism not simply as a method of evaluating literature, but as a means of seeing a literary work from different perspectives and discovering meanings that may emerge through careful and informed reading.
